Privacy Policy

This policy explains the basic information practices used by Smart Chain Solutions across its public website and authenticated client and administrative platforms.

Effective September 2, 2026

Information we collect

We collect account and contact information you provide, external-user authentication and security events, areas of the authenticated client platform you access, and financial request information such as transaction types and amounts. We do not use generic tracking to record every button click or DOM interaction, and administrator or system activity is not included in the activity log.

Activity and security records

Activity records help us secure external user accounts, investigate errors, administer transactions, and understand access to protected client areas. These records may contain login times, page routes, session identifiers, event descriptions, user-agent information, financial amounts, and encrypted IP addresses. Administrator and system activity is not included. Passwords, security codes, authentication tokens, cookies, and full wallet addresses are excluded from activity metadata.

IP-address protection

IP addresses associated with protected-platform activity are encrypted before being stored. They are decrypted on the server only after an administrator has been authenticated and requests an authorized activity view or export.

Retention

External-user activity logs and activity-session records are retained for no longer than 24 hours. Older records are removed in bounded cleanup batches so newer security and operational records can remain available.

Access and exports

Only authenticated administrators may view or export activity records. Exports are protected by the same administrative authorization controls as the activity dashboard. We do not sell activity records.

Cookies and authentication

We use secure, HTTP-only authentication cookies to maintain user and administrator sessions. These cookies are required for access to protected areas and are not available to ordinary browser scripts.

How we use information

Information is used to provide account services, process and review financial requests, communicate about services, prevent abuse, maintain platform security, diagnose operational problems, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Your choices and questions

You may contact us to ask questions about your information or request assistance concerning account data. Some information may need to be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, transaction administration, or legal compliance.
